Our EZ Filtration System lets the operator press a button anytime, and in about 30 seconds, your oil is clean of crumbs and burnt food particles. The oil is heated back up in a few seconds, and you're ready to fry again. Because you can filter as many times as you want during the workday, the oil stays fresher much longer between oil change-outs.
